CloudVault is a self-hosted, private cloud storage service operated by HalfBlood AI. This is NOT a public service. Access is by invitation only and limited to authorized users.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and name (for account creation)
• Files You Upload: Files you store in your CloudVault account
• Usage Data: Storage usage statistics and login timestamps

We do NOT collect browsing history, tracking cookies, or analytics from third parties.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the CloudVault service — storing, managing, and retrieving your files. We do not sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising or any other purpose.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored on our own servers. We do not use any third-party cloud providers for storage. Files are stored as-is on the server filesystem.

5. Data Security

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt)
• All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• API access requires authentication tokens
• File access is scoped to authenticated users only

6. Data Retention

Your files and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting the operator.

7. Third-Party Services

CloudVault does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The platform is entirely self-contained.

8. Your Rights

As an authorized user, you may:

• Access and download all your stored files at any time
• Delete individual files or folders
• Request full account and data deletion
